NON-B (Business Visa)

o   In the case of business necessity,for example, the applicant must stay
to carry out work for a company or  partnership.

o   In the case of carrying out duties relating toinvestment approved by the relevant ministry, department,  and bureau.

o   In the case of carrying out duties for the government, state enterprise, or  other government agency, In the case of investment,

o   In the case of a teacher,  professor, or expert in a government  educational institution or a private educational institution

o   In the case of study in a government educational institution etc.

 


Non-O Visa (Dependant)

o   In the case of being a family member of an alien permitted a temporary stay in the Kingdom

o   In the case of being a family member of a Thai national.

o   In the case of being a family member of a Thai resident.

 


 

Non-O Visa (Retirement)

This type of visa allows you to stay longer in Thailand. The minimum requirement to meet your retirement in Thailand is to be 50 years or over. You can enjoy your retirement in Thailand and we take care of your visa applications year after year.

This type of visa may be issued to applicants aged 50 years and over who wish to stay in Thailand for a period of not exceeding 1 year without the intention of working. Holder of this type of visa is allowed to stay in Thailand for 1 year.  Employment of any kind is strictly prohibited.

 


 

Tourist visa extension

The alien must have been granted a tourist visa (TOURIST) and must not be of a nationality or type prescribed by the committee monitoring official proceedings of officers of the Immigration Bureau.

(In case of the following nationalities, the extension of stay permit will not be longer than 7 days; Sri Lanka, India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Iran, Nepal, Togo, Nigeria, Uganda)

 


 

NON-ED (Education)

o   In the case of studying in a government educational institution or private educational institution

o   In the case of conducting training or research in a university or research institute

 


 

Visa Changing

Who can change?

·       The alien who was exempted the visa (P.15, P.30, PP.30, PP.90) can apply for non-immigrant visa by submitting TM.87 form.

·       The alien having Tourist Visa (TR) or Transit Visa (TS) can change such types of visa to Non-immigrant Visa by submitting Visa Changing Application form

Purpose of visa changing;

·       In the case of working in a company or limited partnership

·       In the case of working as teacher.

·       In the case of education.

·       In the case of fulfilling the duty or responsibility as a family member of foreigner who is working in a company.

Remark

1)     On the application date, the duration of stay permit in the Kingdom must not be less than 15 days, especially in case of business and giving or taking adoption from a Thai citizen, (For those who have no children or have a child but the name or surname of father or mother in the birth certificate (or birth evidence of the child) do not match the name or surname of father or mother in the marriage certificate.)

2)      While waiting for the result of consideration, those who are willing to travel out of the Kingdom need to apply for RE-ENTRY PERMIT and they must come back before the previous permission expires.

 


 

Re-entry Permit Application

The alien who wants to reserve the right of staying in the Kingdom must submit Re-Entry Permit Application so that, on their return, he / she will have permission to stay equal to the original right without an application for visa again.

On the other hands, the applicant must get a Re-Entry Permit if you plan to depart and return to Thailand during your extension period – this will keep your extension valid, otherwise it will be canceled when you depart.

 


 

90 Days Notification Report

The foreigner who travels into the Kingdom of Thailand, having granted temporary stay permit in the Kingdom of Thailand over 90 days must notify residence to immigration officer every 90 days.

The notification of staying in the Kingdom over 90 days is not equivalent to a visa extension.

If a foreigner staying in the kingdom over 90 days without notifying the Immigration Bureau or notifying the Immigration Bureau later than the set period, a fine of 2,000 Baht will be collected. If a foreigner who did not make the notification of staying over 90 days is arrested, he will be fined 4,000 Baht.

*If a foreigner leaves the country and re-enters, the day count starts at 1 in every case

 

Visitors: 47,999
